基于分时租赁的新能源汽车市场推广商业模式探究——以镇江市新能源汽车为例

摘要 为贯彻落实可持续发展战略,我国正在紧锣密鼓地展开新能源汽车的市场推广。企业加快市场开拓是消费者接触新能源汽车的重要方式之一,故本文以镇江市共享汽车为例,分析新能源汽车市场推广战略中存在的问题。提出共享汽车租赁方式入驻支付宝,将芝麻信用免押纳入共享汽车使用体系的市场推广模式,以增加客户流量及粘性,实现分时租赁模式下新能源汽车的规模经济效应。 To implement the strategy of sustainable development, China is vigorously promoting the market of new energy vehicles. Accelerating market development is one of the important ways for consumers to contact new energy vehicles. Therefore, this paper takes the sharing vehicle in Zhenjiang city as an example, analyzing the problems existing in the new energy automobile market promotion strategy. And this paper puts forward the commercial promotion mode of sharing car rental in Alipay, which includes the credit free of sesame into the sharing car use system, increasing customer flow and stickiness, realizing the scale economy effect of new energy vehicle under time-sharing lease mode.
