浅析公海管理制度对我国远洋渔业的影响

A Analysis of the Impact of High Seas Management System on China's Deep-Sea Fishery

公海渔业资源的开发和利用越来越受国际社会的重视,我国作为公海渔业活动的主要参与国之一,公海管理制度对我国远洋渔业的发展而言关系重大。本文围绕公海管理制度问题,梳理了部分我国参与涉及公海的国际公约概况,并结合我国远洋渔业进行分析。

The development and use of the high seas has been more and more important to the international society, and China is one of the main participating countries in the high seas fishing activities. The high seas management system is very important to the development of fisheries.In order to produce positive effects on the development of China's deep-sea fishery, this paper focuses on the issue of the management system of the high seas, sorts out the general situation of some international conventions involving the high seas in China, analyzes their influence on China's deep-sea fishery, and finally puts forward corresponding Suggestions based on the analysis results.
