近年来,传统村落的保护和发展步入正轨且取得积极进展,但是长期累积的矛盾和问题也不容忽视。进入新时代,有绿色、可持续等新发展理念作指导,有40年改革开放形成的强大国力做后盾,有国家政策的支持,传统村落迎来有利契机,应当抓住机遇乘势而上。要健全法律保障体系、加大宣传教育力度、激发内在发展动力、创新产业发展思路、引入市场运行机制、切实加强组织领导,从而促进农民就业增收,为乡村振兴、为国家文化产业和软实力的提升发挥示范引领作用。

In the new era, there are new development concepts such as green and sustainable development as guidance, strong national strength formed by 40 years of Reform and Opening-up as backing, and national policies as supporting. Traditional villages have favorable opportunities,and we should seize the opportunities and take advantage of them. We should improve the legal guarantee system, strengthen publicity and education, stimulate internal development power, innovate industrial development ideas, introduce market operation mechanism and earnestly strengthen organizational leadership, so as to promote farmers' employment and income, and play an exemplary leading role in Rural Revitalization and the promotion of national cultural industry and soft power.
