熔铸AZS制品ZWS棱台形冒口的研究

Study on ZWS Riser Shape of Fused-cast AZS Products

分析了熔铸AZS制品ZWS冒口的形状、位置和尺寸,并选择了立四棱台型冒口和四棱柱型冒口进行了试验。试验分别从冒口节约量和其制品的容重方面进行了创造性的试验,并得出了立四棱台型冒口可以保证质量并可为公司创造客观的效益。也建议进一步对圆台型冒口和扩展到WS制品的冒口研究,以获得更大的价值和效益。

The shape, position and size of ZWS riser for melting and casting AZS products were analyzed. The vertical quadrilateral riser and quadrilateral prism riser were selected and tested. Creative experiments were carried out in terms of riser saving and volume weight of products. It was concluded that quadrilateral riser can ensure quality and create objective benefits for the company. It is also suggested that the riser with circular table type and extended to WS products should be further studied in order to obtain greater value and benefit.
