摘要
新建地方高师院校卓越教师项目以满足地方基础教育一线需求为主,其毕业生就业反映出卓越班师范生职业认同感的培养成效。通过统计分析新建地方高师院校、对比结合其它类型师范院校卓越班师范生毕业去向和就业情况,可以检验其就业情况是否与培养目标一致,摸索出在职业认同感培养方面存在的问题,并据此提出改进新建地方高师院校卓越教师项目师范生职业认同感培养的建议。
The excellent teacher programs in new local normal universities focus on the demands in local basic education and the employment of graduates reflects the cultivation of professional identification of normal students in those programs. Through statistic analysis and comparison of career development and employment of normal graduates in excellent teacher programs from new local normal universities and the other normal universities, the author tries to examine the consistence between students employment and programs training objective, investigate the existing problems in cultivation of professional identification and raise some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of excellent teacher programs in new local normal universities.
