高校美术师范生教育实习方式的改革与实践初探

基于综合性高校美术师范生传统教育实习方式的弊端,本文提出了组建多元化师资队伍,构建有效课堂,将所"见"转化为所"用"的高校美术师范生教育实习方式改革新思路,期望结合近两年的实践探索,为完善师范专业教育实践课程体系,改革实践教学方法与途径提供参考。

Based on comprehensive university students of fine arts of the disadvantages of traditional mode of education practice, this article put forward to form a diversified teaching staff, build effective classroom, which will "see" into "with" college students of fine arts education reform new ideas for ways to apprentice, combined with the practice of nearly two years exploration, expect to improve teachers' professional education practice curriculum system, reforming the practice teaching ways and means to provide the reference.
