针对性护理对甲状腺癌手术患者负性情绪及并发症的影响

Effects of targeted nursing on negative emotions and complications in patients with thyroid cancer surgeries

目的:观察针对性护理对甲状腺癌手术患者负性情绪及并发症的影响。方法:选取行甲状腺手术的甲状腺癌患者90例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行针对性护理。比较两组护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均有所降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.22%(1/45),明显低于对照组的17.78%(8/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可有效缓解甲状腺癌手术患者的负性情绪,降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To investigate effects of targeted nursing on negative emotions and operative complications in patients with thyroid surgeries. Methods: 90 patients with thyroid cancers, who underwent thyroid surgeries, were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45) according to the order of admission. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was given the targeted nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results: After the nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased, those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group(2.22%, 1/45) was significantly lower than that of the control group(17.78%, 8/45), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The targeted nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of the patients with thyroid cancer surgeries and reduce the incidence of the operation related complications.
