注射用盐酸万古霉素与三种常用电解质注射液的配伍稳定性考察 被引量:1

摘要 目的考察注射用盐酸万古霉素与3种常用电解质注射液的配伍稳定性。方法考察室温条件下8 h内3种不同配伍液的外观、pH值变化;采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液在25、40℃时避光、光照条件下注射用盐酸万古霉素的含量变化。结果室温条件下8 h内3种不同配伍液的外观、pH值均无明显变化;25℃下8 h内3种不同配伍液在避光、光照条件下的万古霉素含量均无明显变化;40℃下6 h后3种不同配伍液在避光、光照条件下的万古霉素含量均有小幅降低。结论注射用盐酸万古霉素与3种常用电解质注射液临床均可配伍使用,但应注意控制配伍环境温度,以不超过30℃为宜,并且配伍液应在6 h内使用。 Objective To investigate the compatible stability of vancomycin hydrochloride for injection with three common electrolyte injections.Methods The changes of appearance and pH value of the solutions with three different kinds of electrolyte at room temperature within 8 h were investigated.The content of vancomycin hydrochloride for injection was determined by HPLC at 25 ℃ and 40 ℃ under light and light-avoided conditions.Results No significant change was found in the appearance or pH value within 8 h at room temperature.No significant change was observed in the content of vancomycin hydrochloride for injection within 8 h at 25 ℃ under light or light-avoided conditions.The content of vancomycin hydrochloride for injection was decreased slightly after 6 h at 40 ℃ under light and light-avoided conditions.Conclusion Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection can be mixed with three common electrolytes for clinical use,but the ambient temperature of compatibility must be controlled,which can not exceed 30 ℃,and the compatible solution should be used within 6 h.
