安徽省饮用水水源地“一湖一策”探索

Exploration on 'one policy for one lake' in drinking water sources area of Anhui Province

饮用水水源地的保护是关系国计民生的重大问题,本文结合安徽省湖长制工作实践,通过分析天河湖特点,梳理湖长制6个工作任务,针对安徽省湖泊型饮用水水源地需要解决的问题,明确了湖长制管控范围,设置监测断面和控制性指标,进一步因湖施策,提出管理保护的任务和措施。

The protection of drinking water sources area is a major issue about national economy and people's livelihood. Tianhe Lake characteristics are analyzed by combining the lake chief system work practice in Anhui Province in the paper. The problems of 6 major work tasks aiming at Anhui lake drinking water source about the river chief system are sorted. The control scope of the lake chief system is defined. The monitoring section and control indicators are set, thereby implementing countermeasures according to lake, and proposing management protection tasks and measures.
