本文围绕提高堤防格宾石笼施工质量这一课题,进行现状调查、数据分析,进而确定问题症结。从"5M1E"(人、机、料、法、环、测)因素出发对症结进行了分析,确定"没有挂线施工"为要因,制定相应对策并实施。最后进行成果检验,合格率达到了预定目标,缩短了工期,节约了施工成本。

Status survey and data analysis are conducted in the paper aiming at the subject of improving the quality of embankment gabion stone cage construction, thereby determining the crux of the problem. The crux is analyzed from the factor of “5M1E”(human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement), thereby determining the cause of construction without hanging line’. Corresponding countermeasures are formulated and implemented. Finally, the results are tested, and the qualified rate reaches the predetermined target, thereby shortening the construction period, and then saving the construction cost.
