摘要
为了尽快恢复水淹停喷油井的自喷生产,依据伊拉克某油田地质条件和油井出水原因分析,对众多的水淹油井归纳总结进行分类,对不同井型水淹油井采取了相应作业步骤及分析了注意事项,并在现场应用了无钻机作业对水淹油井进行了堵水作业实践,分析了不同井型水淹油井的作业成功率及其成功率差异的原因。结果表明:①水淹油井划分为4种井型,即有隔夹层—封堵下部水淹层—上部射孔层段采油、无隔夹层—封堵下部水淹层—上部射孔层段采油、有隔夹层—封堵上部水淹层—下部射孔层段采油、无隔夹层—封堵上部水淹层—下部射孔层段采油;②类型3和类型4井堵水难度大,多次试验得出碳酸钙悬浮液的最佳配方为高黏流体HEC浓度为65lb/1 000gal、纯碱浓度为0.8lb/1 000gal、碳酸钙浓度为50lb/bbl、清水935gal/1 000gal;③累计作业600余井次,成功率达到85%。以上成果认识,为同类型水淹油井应用无钻机作业进行堵水提供了技术参考。
In order to restore the natural flow production of water flooded producers as soon as possible,according to the geological conditions of an oilfield in Iraq and the analysis of the causes of high water cut,the classification of numerous water flooded producers was classified,and corresponding operation steps were taken for different types of water flooded producers as well as the precautions were analyzed.Meanwhile,the practice of water shut-off in water flooded producers was applied in the oilfield with non-rig operation.The reasons for the difference in the success rate and success rate of different well-type water flooded producers were analyzed.The results showed that:①The water flooded producers can be divided into four well types,namely,with interlayer-shut off the lower water flooded interval-perforate upper interval for production,and without interlayer-shut off the lower water flooded interval-perforate upper interval for production,and with interlayer-shut off the upper water flooded interval-perforate lower interval for production,and without interlayer-shut off the upper water flooded interval-perforate lower interval for production.②The operation difficulty for type-3 and type-4 wells for water shut off is large.Many experiments have shown that the optimal formulation of calcium carbonate suspension is high viscosity fluid HEC concentration 65 lb/1 000 gal,soda ash concentration 0.8 lb/1 000 gal,calcium carbonate concentration 50 lb/bbl,clear water 935 gal/1 000 gal.③Through the cumulative water shut-off operation of more than 600 times,it showed the operation success rate has reached 85%.The above results have recognized the technical reference for the same type of water flooded producers with non-rig water shutoff operations.
