摘要
采用应力补偿法研究含镧取向硅钢的再结晶行为,研究热轧粗轧过程中镧对取向硅钢再结晶行为的影响.结果表明:取向硅钢在1 175~1 140℃热轧粗轧过程中各道次均发生间断性动态再结晶行为;稀土镧在取向硅钢热轧过程中促进静态再结晶行为发生,在1 140℃变形50%保温5 s,取向硅钢发生静态再结晶行为,表明硅钢带在第二架粗轧机轧制第三道次后进入精轧前会发生静态再结晶.
Using Gleeble-1500 D thermal simulator, combined with the deformation distribution condition in the roughing deformation process of semi continuous strip mill oriented silicon steel of a domestic enterprise, the compression experiments of single pass, double passes and multi-pass were designed and the stress compensation method was used to study the recrystallization behavior of the silicon steel. The effect of lanthanum on the recrystallization behavior of the soriented silicon steel in hot and roughing rolling process was researched.Results show that the intermittent dynamic recrystallization of the orientation silicon steel occurred in each pass of hot roughing rolled process at 1 175 ~1 140 ℃.Rare earth lanthanum promoted the static recrystallization in the hot rolling process of orientation silicon steel. The static recrystallization of the oriented silicon steel was discovered at 1 140 ℃ under deformation 50% with heat preservation for 5 seconds , showing that static recrystallization appeared while roughing mills rolling the silicon steel belt after the third time in the second frame before entering the finish rolling.
