摘要
采用静态失重法、电化学交流阻抗谱法、极化曲线法和扫描电子显微镜法,研究在Na OH的碱性介质中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠对铝合金2024-T3缓蚀的影响.结果表明:当加入的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的浓度c处于1×10-4~1. 5×10-2mol·L-1之间时,缓蚀效率会随着浓度的增大先增大后减小;当c为1×10-2mol·L-1时,缓蚀效率达到86%以上.并且,从扫描电镜图中可以看出,加入最佳浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠的金属表面较为光滑.
The corrosion inhibition of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on aluminum alloy in NaOH solution was analyzed through weight loss method,polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopic (SEM). The inhibition efficiency (η) was increased with increasing the concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate ( c ) in the range from 1×10^-4 to 1.5×10 ^-2 mol·L^-1 . The maximum value of η was over 86% with the concentration of c =1× 10^-2 mol·L ^-1 . The SEM images revealed that the immersed aluminum alloy specimen had smooth surface in inhibited solutions. The results showed that sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate would form a dense protective film and reduce the corrosion of aluminum alloy. Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is a combination inhibitor in the process where the anodic inhibition plays a leading role.
