摘要
SrTiO_3类热电材料尽管能显示较大的功率因子,然而由于其较高的热导率,使得热电优值仍较低,难以用于发电. Sr_(0.9)La_(0.1)TiO_3样品的制备是采用溶胶-凝胶法合成前驱物,然后将其压片,在石墨和氩气气氛中烧结,最后得到陶瓷块体材料. Sr_(0.9)La_(0.1)TiO_3样品的热导率在测试温度范围内,随温度升高而降低,在773 K达到1. 26 W·m-1·K-1,较低的热导率有助于提高材料的热电优值.
SrTiO 3 thermoelectric materials can show larger power factors,however,their thermal conductivity is very high,which made it difficult to achieve high ZT value for power generations. The Sr 0.9 La 0.1 TiO 3 bulk with low thermal conductivity was fabricated according to the following process: the precursors were prepared by sol-gel method,then pressed into pellets and sintered in graphite and argon. The thermal conductivity of the Sr 0.9 La 0.1 TiO 3 decreases with increasing the temperature and is as low as 1.26 W·m^-1 ·K^-1 at 773 K. The lower thermal conductivity is helpful in increasing further ZT value of the sample.
