摘要
铜是生命必需微量元素,是许多金属酶发挥催化作用的辅因子,同时,过量摄入铜能引起许多神经退行性疾病。因此,方便、快速地检测铜离子非常有价值。通过缩合2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛与2-肼基苯并噻唑合成了一个可以高选择性识别铜离子的荧光探针,反应简单,产率较高,具有一定的实用价值。在乙腈/HEPES缓冲溶液中(pH=7.0),探针没有荧光,加入铜离子能引起发射强度显著增加,发出明亮的蓝色荧光,其它常见金属离子不能引起探针的发射光谱发生明显变化,而且对铜离子的检测没有影响。Job曲线研究表明二者形成了1:1的络合物。
Copper is an essential trace element necessary for all organisms. It plays an important role as a catalytic cofactor for a broad range of metalloenzymes. Nevertheless, copper overload is associated with many neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer diseases. A novel fluorescent probe was developed by incorporating 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydrazinylbenzo [d] thiazole for the detection of Cu2+. In MeCN/HEPES buffer solution, the probe exhibited a pronounced Cu2+-selective fluorescence enhancement over other common metal ions. The bright blue fluorescence provides the nakedeye detection of Cu2+. The 1:1 stochiomety of the complex was determined by Job’s plot.
