With the development of The Reform of “Resources Turning into Stock Right, Capital Turning into Share Capital, Residents Turning into Shareholders ” in Rural Areas that Based on the strong vitality, sustained growth and extensive reference, the reform in urban and rural which promotes the Coordinative Development between Urban and Rural areas come into being in Guiyang. It has played a role in leading the liberation and development of the productive forces,achieving the Coordinative Development between Urban and Rural areas, building a new pattern of collective prosperity and consolidate the party’s ruling status. In order to promote the reform in urban and rural areas better, it is recommended to improve systems and institutions in various fields, enhance the internal cohesion in the main body of reform, adhere to the principle of “ seek truth from facts ” and coordinate and promote balanced economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress.
