旅游度假区公共信息导向系统评价方法的实证研究

Empirical Study on Evaluation of Public Information Guidance System for Tourist Resorts

针对上海国际旅游度假区的公共信息导向系统评估,提出同时考虑主客观的综合评价方法。根据旅游度假区的特点,建立了同时考虑主观和客观两个方面的公共信息导向系统评价指标体系,接着采用层次分析法和拓扑结构评价法建立综合评价模型。研究表明该方法能较为全面、准确的反映上海国际旅游度假区公共信息导向系统的实际情况,评价结果可以为公共信息导向系统的设计和规划提供参考,从而提高旅游度假区服务水平。

In view of public information guidance system evaluation of Shanghai international tourist resorts, a comprehensive evaluation method considering subjective and objective is proposed in this study. Firstly, according to the characteristics of tourist resort, the evaluation index of public information guidance system is proposed, which considers both subjective and objective aspects. Then, the comprehensive evaluation model is established by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and topological structure evaluation method. The research shows the method can reflect the actual situation of public information guidance system for tourist resort, and the evaluation result can provide reference for system design and planning, so as to improve the service level of the tourist resort.
