江海联运背景下的宁波舟山港港口竞争力评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port’s Competition under the Background of River-Sea Combined Transport

该文依托宁波舟山港江海联运发展背景,采用熵权TOPSIS法,分别选取港口的发展潜力、码头的基础条件、港口的吞吐能力、港口腹地经济四个一级指标,分别对2015~2016两年的时间里,宁波舟山港、上海港、深圳港、青岛港四个港口进行竞争力评价分析。并通过对港口间横向和纵向比较,分析宁波舟山港在江海联运发展策略下,各指标所代表反映的港口竞争力的敏感性变化,为宁波舟山港未来发展提供决策参考依据。

Using entropy TOPSIS method, this paper chooses development potential, facilities condition, throughput ability, hinterland economy as first class index to analyze the port competition ability of Ningbo-Zhoushan, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Qingdao with statistics data of 2015-2016. Then this paper analyzes the sensitivity of port competition under the development strategy of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, and provides the decision-making support for future development of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port.
