摘要
文中分析了国内外酒店服务标准的发展现状,设计了酒店服务标准体系基本框架,并逐层分析体系内容,旨在为我国酒店行业标准化建设提供有益参考。
This paper analyses the development status of hotel service standards at home and abroad, designs the basic framework of hotel service standards system, and analyses the content of the system layer by layer, in order to provide useful reference for the standardization construction of hotel industry in China.
