护理干预对胃肠减压患者插管后不适感的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on discomfort of patients with gastrointestinal decompression after intubation

目的分析接受胃肠减压插管患者进行护理干预的干预效果。方法收集2017年12月-2018年10月至我院接受胃肠减压插管的患者90名作为研究对象,随机将其划分为干预组和对照组,各45人,对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施优质护理干预,统计并对比两组不适反应出现率、二次插管率、护理满意度。结果干预组患者不适反应出现率、二次插管率均低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论对接受胃肠减压插管的患者实施优质护理干预能够有效的避免二次插管以及不适反应出现率,提高患者插管后生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients receiving gastrointestinal decompression and intubation. Methods Ninety patients who received gastrointestinal decompression intubation from December 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the intervention group received high-quality nursing intervention. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions, secondary intubation rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The incidence of discomfort and secondary intubation in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing intervention for patients receiving gastrointestinal decompression intubation can effectively avoid secondary intubation and the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients after intubation, and improve nursing satisfaction.
