摘要
共享经济在为社会大众日常生活提供极大便利的同时,也为企业及公共部门的人力资源管理带来了全新的发展机遇和挑战。共享经济环境对人力资源管理已发生巨大影响,可以从建设人力资源共享平台、开发人力资源共享大脑、培养网络管理思维等方面,重新设计共享经济环境下公共部门人力资源管理的有效策略,更好地发挥公共部门的作用。
Sharing economy not only provides great convenience for the daily life of the public, but brings new development opportunities and challenges for the human resource management in enterprises and public sectors. Sharing economy environment has had a great impact on human resource management. In order to give better play to the role of public sectors, the effective strategies are suggested for redesigning human resource management in sharing economy environment as the following: constructing the sharing platform of human resource, developing the sharing brain of human resource, cultivating network management thinking, etc.
