摘要
旅游酒店之间的竞争越来越明显。旅游酒店加强内部管理是获取更多经济利益的重要手段。人力资源管理影响酒店内部管理的成效及酒店的盈利。美国的旅游酒店起步早、发展快、人力资源管理成效较好,可为我国的旅游酒店提供一些发展借鉴。
Nowadays, the competition between tourist hotels is becoming more and more furious. Strengthening internal management of tourism hotels is an important means to obtain more economic benefits. Human resource management affects the effectiveness of the internal management and profitability in the hotel. Tourism hotels in the United States start early, develop fast and have achieved good results in human resource management, thus providing some reference for the development of tourism hotels in China.
