面向智库建设的高校图书馆服务模式转型探析

An Analysis on the Transformation of Service Model in University Libraries for the Construction of Think Tank

智库建设是新时期国家发展经济、政治、文化的主要任务,受到政府和社会的广泛关注。高校图书馆作为高校的知识聚集地,在建设智库上有其他地方无法相比的优势,能够促进智库创新发展。高校智库的建立,不仅能提升高校学生的竞争力,而且能为政府决策、社会发展提供建议。在高校智库建设过程中,传统的图书馆服务模式已经无法满足实际需求,需要构建新型的面向智库建设的高校图书馆服务模式,实现高校智库又快又好发展。

The construction of think tanks is the main task for developing economy, politics and culture in the new era, having been widely concerned by the government and society. As the place of gathering knowledge, university libraries have unmatched advantages in the construction of think tanks because they can promote the innovative development of think tanks. The establishment of think tanks can not only enhance college students’ competitiveness, but also provide suggestions for the government’ decision-making and social development. In the process of think tank construction, the traditional library service model has been unable to meet the actual needs;therefore, there is a need to build a new type of service model for the construction of think tank, so as to achieve rapid and good development of university think tank.
