In the new era, whether the environmental protection in the macroscopic perspective or the ecological engineering in the microscopic perspective is actually a high recognition and practice of the humanity’s destiny community. In order to study the construction system of human destiny community, there is a need to introduce Marx thought of community and to analyze its specific meaning and construction process. The development system of human destiny community is supposed to be built on the basis of seeking the same attitude while reserving differences, with equal concepts and the appropriate order.
