A Study on Strategies of Promoting Longjiang's Humanistic Cooperation with Russia under the View of the Belt and Road Initiative

黑龙江对俄人文合作有独特的天然地区优势,近几年随着"一带一路"的发展,中俄两国各领域的合作交流持续推进。仅在经济贸易领域,2018年中俄全年贸易额接近1 100亿美元,同比增长38%,中国连续多年成为俄罗斯最大的贸易伙伴。在人文交流方面,两国在共同应对国际问题上逐渐找到契合点,中俄人文交流日益成为两国战略协作不可或缺的部分。黑龙江省作为中国对俄罗斯交流的重要平台省份,如何持续推进中俄战略协作,提升人文交流合作水平,走出一条包容普惠、合作共赢的人文合作道路,是龙江对俄人文合作战略永不改变的主题。

Heilongjiang has a unique natural regional advantage in humanities cooperation with Russia. In recent years, Sino-Russian cooperation and exchanges continue to advance along with the development of the “One Belt and One Road”. In the economic and trade field alone, the annual trade volume between the two countries in 2018 is close to 1110 billion U.S. dollars with a year-on-year growth of 38%. Nowadays, China has been Russia’s largest trading partner for years. In terms of humanities exchanges, the two countries have gradually found a point of convergence in coping with international issues. Sino-Russian cultural exchanges have increasingly become an indispensable part of the strategic cooperation between the two countries. As an important provincial platform for China’s exchanges with Russia, Heilongjiang Province will continue to promote Sino-Russian strategic cooperation, enhance the level of humanities exchanges and cooperation, and embark on a inclusive and win-win path of humanistic cooperation benefiting the public, which is the theme that never changes for the strategy of Longjiang’s humanistic cooperation with Russia.
