历史街区的整治与修缮探讨——以屯溪老街为例

A Discussion on the Renovation and Repair of Historical Blocks——Taking Tunxi Old Street as an Example

历史街区不仅是历史发展中遗留下的重要轨迹,也是传统文化的重要载体,更是在现代文明的推动下成为文化旅游的重要资源。如何实现对历史街区的整治与修缮,在保持原貌的基础上,能够实现文化价值与经济价值的有效融合则是当前我国历史街区开发管理中面临的重要问题。以安徽屯溪老街为切入点,从老街的历史文化、发展现状入手,探究其开发与管理现状,并提出相应的整治与修缮建议。

Historical blocks are not only the important trajectory left over from historical development, but also an important carrier of traditional culture;meanwhile, they are the important resource of cultural tourism under the impetus of modern civilization. The important issues in developing and managing historical blocks are how to realize the rectification and repair of historical blocks on the basis of maintaining the original appearance, as well as to realize the effective integration of cultural values and economic values. This paper, focusing on Anhui Tunxi Old Street, discusses the historical culture and development status of the old street, explores the status quo of its development and management, and proposes the corresponding suggestions of renovation and repair.
