为了深入研究独立学院的校企合作与人才培养机制,介绍了校企合作对高校人才培养的意义:能够培养学生的创新能力,能够帮助学生尽快适应社会环境。提出了校企合作与应用型人才的培养策略:提升学生对知识的运用能力,提升学生的创新能力。分析了校企合作应采取的保障措施:争取得到社会各个领域的支持,建立完善的校企合作制度,校企双方签订协议,保证合作有法可依,这样能够实现校企双方的资源利益共享,从而形成校企合作的全新办学机制。

In order to deeply study the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and talent training in independent colleges, this paper introduces the significance of school-enterprise cooperation in talent training in colleges and universities: to cultivate students’ innovative ability, to help students adapt to the social environment as soon as possible, and puts forward the training strategy of school-enterprise cooperation and applied talents: to enhance students’ ability to use knowledge and enhance students’ innovative ability. The safeguard measures to be taken in school-enterprise cooperation are: to gain support from all fields of society, to establish a perfect school-enterprise cooperation system, to sign agreements between schools and enterprises, and to ensure that cooperation has laws to abide by, so as to realize the sharing of resources and interests between schools and enterprises, thus forming a new school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.
