高职院校学生顶岗实习安全问题分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasure of safety problem in post practice of students in higher vocational colleges

为了解决高职院校学生在顶岗实习过程中面临的安全问题,对其进行了深入研究,并找出对策。介绍了安全隐患产生的原因:"三方"思想认同上存在差异,学生自身原因和社会环境导致的安全隐患、法律制度不完善,并对存在的安全隐患提出了解决对策:建立"三方"共同行动机制,开展安全知识教育,做好顶岗实习前的培训宣讲工作,制定突发事件的应急预案,制定完善的安全管理办法,制定与顶岗实习有关的法律法规,这样才能为顶岗实习生创造一个和谐、健康、安全的工作环境。

In order to solve the security problems faced by students in higher vocational colleges in the process of post practice, this paper makes a thorough study on them and finds out the countermeasures. It introduces the causes of potential safety hazards: there are differences in the ideological identity of the “three parties”, the safety hazards caused by students’ own reasons and social environment, and the imperfect legal system. It also puts forward some countermeasures to solve the existing security hazards: establishing the “three parties” joint action mechanism, carrying out safety knowledge education, doing a good job of pre-internship training and publicity, and formulating emergency response. In order to create a harmonious, healthy and safe working environment for interns, we should make urgent plans, formulate perfect safety management measures and formulate laws and regulations related to internship.
