互联网背景下第一课堂与第二课堂相互融合研讨——财经类高校创新型人才培养

Research on the integration of the first classroom and the second classroom——cultivation of innovative talents in financial and economic universities

财经类高校人才教育模式相对单一、枯燥,知识"慢半拍",不能充分与时代接轨。分析了在互联网背景下,第一课堂与第二课堂融合的必要性,提出高校加强第一课堂与第二课堂融合的实践途径。高校要认真思考现状,提升学生素质,实现教育模式转型,去粗取精,使人才向复合型方向发展。

Financial and economic colleges and universities have clear training objectives for talents, but the problems exposed by their education model are obvious. At present, the mode of talent education in financial and economic universities is relatively single and dull, and knowledge is “half-slow”, which can not be fully in line with the times. This requires colleges and universities to seriously consider the current situation and combine the first classroom with the second classroom to ensure the effective improvement of students’ quality. In the Internet era, financial and economic colleges and universities need to realize the transformation of education mode, to extract the essence from the rough, so that talents can move towards a compound direction.
