摘要
选取2014年—2018年就业预警反馈机制研究相关论文,在此基础上总结前人经验,分析存在的问题,如:就业预警模型和指标有待调整,就业预警机制信息渠道需要拓宽,就业预警模型时机尚不成熟,提出了就业预警机制是专业结构调整的有效手段,以期为其他学者研究该问题提供借鉴。
It selects the relevant papers on the feedback mechanism of employment early warning from 2014 to 2018, summarizes the experience of predecessors on this basis, and analyzes the existing problems: the employment early warning model and indicators need to be adjusted, the information channel of employment early warning mechanism needs to be broadened, and the opportunity of employment early warning model is not yet mature. The employment early warning mechanism is an effective means of professional restructuring, hoping to provide reference for other scholars to study this issue.
