摘要
列举国内外胜任特征理论研究,提出寿险公司内部讲师胜任特征模型。运用人力资源管理和心理学研究方法,构建适用于寿险公司内部讲师的胜任模型,并进行胜任因子分析。希望有助于丰富模型的研究范围,为寿险公司内部讲师培养和选拔提供依据。有助于寿险公司内部讲师培养和培养过程的优化,提高学员培训效果。
This paper enumerates the theoretical research on competency characteristics at home and abroad, and puts forward the competency model of internal lecturers in life insurance companies. Using the methods of human resource management and psychology research, it constructs a competency model for internal lecturers of life insurance companies, and carries out competency factor analysis. It is hoped to help enrich the research scope of the model and provide a basis for the training and selection of internal lecturers in life insurance companies. It is helpful to optimize the training process and improve the training effect of trainees in life insurance companies.
