为了解决高校管理工作中存在的管理体制不健全、管理手段单一、管理目标不明确等问题,提出了创新高校管理工作的有效策略:高校与政府部门保持良好的合作关系,高校与社会建立交流合作的新型关系。介绍了在新时期加强和创新高校管理工作的重要意义,加强高校管理工作是高校适应社会主义市场经济发展的必然需求。这样才能有效提高学校的教学质量和学生素质,提升管理工作的效率。

In order to solve the problems of imperfect management system, single management means and unclear management objectives in university management, this paper puts forward some effective strategies for innovating university management: keeping good cooperation relationship between university and government departments, and establishing a new type of communication and cooperation relationship between university and society. It introduces the importance of strengthening and innovating the management of colleges in the new era. Strengthening the management of colleges and universities is the inevitable demand for colleges and universities to adapt to the development of socialist market economy. Only in this way can we effectively improve the quality of teaching and students’ quality, and improve the efficiency of management.
