高校教材建设存在的问题及解决对策

Problems and countermeasures in the construction of teaching materials in colleges and universities

为了提高高校教材的建设质量,分析了当今高校在教材建设中存在的一系列问题:教材质量不提高,教材更新不及时,教材形式较为单一,教材管理人员素质不高,学生的参与权不够。提出了合理的解决对策:转变教材建设的工作理念,从根本上重视教材建设,加强教材建设队伍管理,使教材在教学过程中充分发挥作用,这样才能促进教师编写出高水平的教材。

In order to improve the quality of textbook construction in colleges and universities, this paper analyses a series of problems existing in the construction of textbooks in colleges and universities nowadays: the quality of textbooks is improved, the renewal of textbooks is not timely, the form of textbooks is relatively single, the quality of textbook managers is not high, the participation rights of students are insufficient, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures: changing the working concept of textbook construction, so as to promote teachers to compile high-level textbooks, and we should strengthen the management of teaching materials construction team and make textbooks play a full role in the teaching process.
