摘要
概述了企业人力资源管理中的大数据类型,体现为潜在数据、基础数据、效率数据、能力数据四个方面。分析了基于大数据的企业人力资源管理几大模块的创新,从大数据与人力资源规划,大数据与人才的招聘配置,大数据与员工的开发三方面进行探讨,并具体阐述企业人力资源管理应权衡大数据带来的收益与支出,保障人力资源的共享与安全等问题,进而在大数据时代下,提高企业人力资源管理质量与效率。
This paper summarizes the big data types in enterprise human resource management, which are embodied in four aspects: potential data, basic data, efficiency data and capability data. This paper analyses the innovation of several modules of enterprise human resource management based on big data, and discusses them from three aspects: big data and human resource planning, big data and personnel recruitment and allocation, big data and staff development. It also expounds that enterprise human resource management should weigh the income and expenditure brought by big data, ensure the sharing and security of human resources, and so on, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of human resource management in enterprises in the era of big data.
