当代劳动精神具有丰富和深刻的实质内涵,是劳动理念认知和劳动行为实践的集中体现。新形势下,为深入贯彻落实和改进高校思想政治教育工作,高职院校在进行学生职业素养培塑的过程中,应直面劳动精神认识不全、认同度不高、融入性不强等现状,结合马克思主义劳动观,适时强化劳动精神的培育,引导学生树立尊重劳动、崇尚劳动和热爱劳动的价值理念,成为辛勤劳动、诚实劳动、创新性劳动的高素质应用型技能人才具有重要的现实意义。

The contemporary labor spirit has rich and profound substantive connotations, which is the concentrated expression of labor concept cognition and labor behavior practice. Under the new situation, in order to thoroughly implement and improve the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges should face the current situation of incomplete understanding of labor spirit, low recognition, and lack of integration in the process of professional vocational education, combined with the Marxist' Labor view, timely strengthening the cultivation of labor spirit, guiding students to establish the values of respecting labor, advocating labor and loving labor, and becoming a high-quality applied skill talent for hard work, honest labor, and innovative labor is of great significance.
