新时代乡村振兴战略背景下西部乡村发展的探索——基于对贵州典型乡村产业类型的质性分析

Exploring and Research on Guizhou Rural Development

在基于对贵州典型乡村产业类型的走访调查发现,经济方面贵州目前的发展模式主要分为"四种产业经营模式",其中"村委会主导牵头"模式在融资、贷款、项目规划上具有明显优势,而农户个体化经营却存在收入不稳定、难以抵抗自然风险等问题。生态方面以"生态宜居"为主导的"垃圾分类""厕所革命"行动对当地生态环境、农户家居条件有所改善。文化方面以"乡风文明"为主导的乡村文化日、乡村舞台等丰富了农户的日常生活,提高了生活质量。为促进贵州乡村健康发展,建议从经济、生态、文化三个方面共同推进贵州实现乡村振兴。

Based on a survey of typical rural industry types in Guizhou, the current development model of Guizhou is mainly divided into "four industrial management modes".Among which the "village committee leading lead" model has obvious advantages in financing,such as loan and project planning.While the individualized management of farmers has many problems such as unstable income and difficulty in resisting natural risks.In the ecological aspect, the "garbage classification" and "toilet revolution" activities led by "ecological livability" have improved the local ecological environment and the household conditions of farmers.In terms of culture, the rural culture of festival and the rural stage, which are dominated by the "village style civilization", enrich the daily life of farmers and improve the quality of life.In order to promote the healthy development of Guizhou's rural areas, it is recommended to promote Guizhou's rural revitalization from the three aspects of economy, ecology and culture.
