苏打盐碱胁迫对猴樟幼苗渗透调节的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究猴樟幼苗耐盐碱胁迫的能力,以1年生猴樟幼苗为材料,采用0、50mmol·L^(-1)、100mmol·L^(-1)、300mmol·L^(-1)的Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3(摩尔比Na_2CO_3∶NaHCO_3=1∶1)混合溶液进行处理,测定其叶片的丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白的含量。结果表明,处理7d时,不同苏打盐碱胁迫处理均提高了猴樟幼苗叶片的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量,50mmol/L量,但300mmol/L的胁迫处理则降低了可溶性蛋白含量;随着培养时间的延长,50mmol/L和100mmol/L的胁迫处理的脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛的含量呈先升高再下降的趋势,而300mmol/L的胁迫处理的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量呈上升趋势。28d时,50mmol/L胁迫处理的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量与对照差异不显著,而100mmol/L处理显著高于对照,300mmol/L处理均显著低于对照。50mmol/L和100mmol/L处理的丙二醛含量与对照无明显差异,而300mmol/L处理的丙二醛含量明显高于其他处理。表明猴樟幼苗能耐受100mmol/L苏打盐碱胁迫处理。 Abstract:TheannuallyCinnamomum bodinieri seedlingswereusedasmaterial,treatedwithamixtureof0,50mmol·L^-1,100mmol·L^-1,300mmol·L^-1 Na2CO3 and NaHCO3(Molar ratio Na2CO3∶NaHCO3=1∶1),to study the ability of resistance to saline-alkali stress.The content of malonaldehyde,soluble sugar content,proline content and soluble protein content in leaves of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings were determined.The results showed that the contents of proline,soluble sugar and malonaldehyde in the leaves of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings were increased by different soda saline-alkali stress treatment under the treatment of 7d,and the content of soluble protein was increased by 50mmol/L and 100mmol/L soda saline-alkali stress treatment.However,the soluble protein content were reduced by 300mmol/L soda saline-alkali stress treatment;The proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and malondialdehyde content treated with 50mmol/L and 100mmol/L soda saline-alkali stress increased and then decreased with increasing culture time.The proline content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content treated with 300mmol/L soda saline-alkali stress showed a decreasing trend,and the malonaldehyde content showed an increasing trend.At 28d,the contents of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein treated with 50mmol/L soda salinealkali stress were not significantly different from those of control,while those of treated with 100mmol/L was significantly higher than the control,and those of treated with 300mmol/L was significantly lower than the control.The malonaldehyde content of 50mmol/L and 100mmol/L was not significantly different from the control,while the malonaldehyde content of 300mmol/L was significantly higher than other treatments.Conclusion:Cinnamomum bodinieriseedlings can tolerate 100mmol/L soda alkali stress.
