服务产业特色专业导向的地籍管理学课程改革

Course Reform of Cadastral Management for Industry Service Featured Major

在服务产业特色专业建设背景下,福建农林大学土地资源管理学科对近4年来本科毕业生的就业去向进行了跟踪调查,并重点调研就业比重较高的各级国土、规划、住建等政府管理部门,以及土地管理公共服务领域的企事业单位的用人需求,进而分析课程存在的主要问题,对地籍管理学课程的教学内容进行延伸和拓展,修定了考核技能目标,以保持课程内容的现势性和实用性,强化学生的动手能力和实务操作技能,对接土地管理公共服务领域的产业需求,实现学科的人才培养目标。

Under the background of featured major construction for industry service,the subject of land resource management of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University has followed up the employment of undergraduate gradu?ates in the past four years.The research focused on understanding the employment needs of land,planning,housing and other governments at all levels,which has the highest proportion of employment,as well as the needs of enterprises and institutions in the field of land related public services.Then analyze the main problems of the course,extend the teaching content,and re-establish the skill targets.These reform aims at keeping the curriculum up to date and practical,strengthening the students'practical operation skills,and satisfying the need of industrial service in public field to achieve the goal of talent training in disciplines.
