胸腔镜手术患者应用双腔支气管导管插管麻醉的效果及对患者血流动力学的影响

The effect of thoracoscopy on the anesthesia of double lumen tracheal intubation and its effect on hemodynamics in patients

目的探讨胸腔镜手术患者应用双腔支气管导管插管麻醉的效果及对患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取本院自2017年1月至2017年12月收治的胸腔镜肺部手术患者600例。随机将其分为两组,对照组术中采用单肺通气模式为容量控制通气(VCV)组,研究组术中采用单肺通气模式为压力控制通气-容量保证(PCV-VG)组。结果研究组患者血流动力学影响小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者应用双腔支气管导管插管麻醉效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双腔支气管导管插管麻醉在胸腔镜手术中采用单肺通气模式为压力控制通气-容量保证(PCV-VG)有利于手术中更好的发挥麻醉效果,稳定患者手术过程中的血流动力,并且为医院的肺部手术创造了良好的手术条件,在临床上应该进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of thoracoscopic surgery for patients with double endotracheal intubation anesthesia and its effect on hemodynamics in patients. Methods 600 patients with thoracoscopic lung surgery from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected. It was randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, the single-lung ventilation mode was used as the volume-controlled ventilation(VCV) group. In the study group, the single-lung ventilation mode was used as the pressure-controlled ventilation-volumetric assurance(PCV-VG) group. Results The hemodynamics effect of the study group was less than that of control group(P<0.05);The anesthesia effect of double-cavity bronchial catheter intubation was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Double lumen endotracheal tube intubation applied in thoracoscope surgery is conducive to better play to anesthesia effect in the operation, stable patients blood flow dynamics in the process of operation, and for the hospital chest surgery to create a good condition, should be further popularized in clinic.
