凉山州HIV抗病毒治疗服药依从性的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on compliance of HIV antiviral therapy in Liangshan

目的探究凉山州HIV抗病毒治疗服药依从性及影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取四川省凉山彝族自治州艾滋病抗病毒治疗服药2 000人,使用自制《凉山州HIV抗病毒治疗服药依从性调查问卷》。对凉山彝族自治州17个县市HIV抗病毒治疗服药2 000人进行调查,收集患者一般资料及服药情况,并对患者抗病毒治疗服药依从性给予Logistic回归分析。结果 2 000例患者中有1 125例患者未出现漏服现象,占56.25%,875例患者有漏服现象,占43.75%;单因素Logistic回归分析显示,患者HIV抗病毒治疗服药依从性与年龄、文化程度、饮酒、服药知识、工作、家人支持等密切相关(P<0.05);经过多因素Logistic回归分析,可以发现患者饮酒、服药知识、工作及家人支持是影响患者服药依从性的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论凉山州HIV患者抗病毒治疗服药依从性一般,主要受患者服药知识、工作情况以及家人支持等方面的影响,应加强对患者的服药知识教育,鼓励患者家属给予支持,帮助患者戒酒,提升患者抗病毒治疗用药依从性。

Objective To explore the compliance and influencing factors of HIV antiviral therapy in Liangshan. Methods 2 000 people with AIDS and AIDS antiviral treatment in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province were selected by cluster random sampling, and the self-made questionnaire on the compliance of HIV antiviral treatment in Liangshan state was used. 2 000 people in 17 counties and cities of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture were investigated for the antiviral treatment of HIV. The general data and medication were collected, and the compliance of the patients with antiviral treatment was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results 1 125 cases of the 2 000 patients, had no leakage,accounted for 56.25%, and 875 cases had missed service, accounting for 43.75%. Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that patients’ compliance with HIV antiviral treatment was closely related to age, educational level, drinking, medicine knowledge, work, family support, and so on(P<0.05). After multiple factors Logistic regression analysis, it was found that patients’ alcohol consumption, medicine knowledge, work and family support were independent factors affecting the compliance of the patients(P<0.05). Conclusion The compliance of HIV patients with antiviral treatment in Liangshan is general. It is mainly influenced by the knowledge, work situation and family support of the patients. It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge education of the patients, encourage the family members to support the patients, help the patients to quit alcohol, and improve the compliance of the patients with antiviral treatment.
