上颌前牙单牙即刻种植即刻修复与延期种植修复对患者植体周围软组织和主观满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of immediate implantation and delayed implantation on soft tissue around the implant and subjective satisfaction of patients with maxillary anterior teeth

目的对比分析延期种植修复与即刻种植即刻修复对上颌前牙单牙患者植体周围软组织的影响,并比较患者的主观满意度。方法选则82例接受单颗上颌前牙种植义齿修复的患者为观察对象,随机分为研究组和参照组,分别给予即刻种植即刻修复和延期种植修复。将两组患者的修复结果进行对比。结果研究组和参照组的修复成功率差异无统计学意义(95.12%vs 85.37%)。修复1年后研究组的美学评分均明显高于延期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复1年后研究组患者对修复体的美观度、色泽、咀嚼功能的满意度均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的骨吸收程度低于参照组(0.35±0.12)mm vs(0.56±0.10)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在单颗上颌前牙的种植修复中,即刻种植即刻修复和延期种植修复的成功率差异不大,但即刻种植即刻修复者植体周围组织的情况较好,修复治疗后患者的骨吸收较少,患者的满意度较高,建议推广。

Objective To compare the effects of delayed implantation and immediate implantation and immediate restoration on the soft tissue around the implant in patients with maxillary anterior single tooth, and to compare the subjective satisfaction of patients. Methods A total of 82 patients with implantable denture of single maxillary anterior teeth were randomly divided into study group and reference group. Repair results were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in repair success rate between the study group and the reference group(95.12% vs 85.37%). After 1 year of restoration, the aesthetic score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the delayed group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 1 year of restoration, the patients in the study group were significantly more satisfied with the aesthetics, color and chewing function of the prosthesis than the control group(P<0.05). Bone resorption in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(0.35±0.12) mm vs(0.56±0.10) mm, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion In the implantation and restoration of a single maxillary anterior tooth, there was little difference in the success rate between immediate implantation and delayed implantation. However, immediate implantation and immediate restoration resulted in better condition of the surrounding tissues of the implant, less bone resorption in the patients after restoration treatment, and higher satisfaction of the patients. Therefore, it is recommended to popularizing.
