低强度脉冲超声波辅助治疗对慢性牙周炎患者牙槽骨密度的影响及疗效 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨低强度脉冲超声波辅助治疗慢性牙周炎患者的效果及对牙槽骨密度的影响。方法选取本院2016年7月至2017年12月接收的慢性牙周炎患者66例,采用随机数字表法划分为对照组与研究组,对照组患者实施常规龈下刮治及根面平整治疗,研究组患者在此基础上实施低强度脉冲超声波辅助治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及牙槽骨密度情况。结果治疗后3个月及6个月,对照组与研究组患者PD、ABH指标相比差异无统计学意义;研究组患者ABD水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗总有效率78.79%明显低于研究组96.97%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者应用低强度脉冲超声波辅助治疗效果明显,牙槽骨密度及高度显著改善,具有推广价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of low intensity pulsed ultrasound in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its effect on alveolar bone mineral density(BMD). Methods 66 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group. Patients in control group were treated with subgingival curettage and root surface leveling. The patients in the study group were treated with low intensity pulsed ultrasound, and the results of treatment and alveolar bone density were compared between the two groups. Results At 3 and 6 months after treatment, there was no significant difference in ABD between the control group and the study group, and the level of ABD in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the control group was 78.79%, which was significantly lower than that in the study group 96.97%(P<0.05). Conclusion In chronic periodontitis patients, the effect of low intensity pulsed ultrasound was obvious, and the alveolar bone density and height were improved significantly.
