胃镜检查在早期胃癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值分析

Application value of gastroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer

目的探究分析胃镜检查在早期胃癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2013年8月至2017年8月于本院诊治的46例早期胃癌患者。所有患者均满足病原学确诊条件,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。探究分析胃镜检查早期胃癌的病理类型、病灶部位及诊断符合率。结果对该46例患者实施胃镜检查后发现,表浅凹陷型(Ⅱc)有19例,为早期胃癌最常见的病理类型;癌变高发于胃窦部(占56.52%);胃镜诊断符合率为93.48%;早期胃癌表现为糜烂、溃疡,病灶位置浅表;早期胃癌以高分化腺癌为主,共21例(占45.65%)。结论胃镜检查的对早期胃癌的诊断、治疗具有重要的临床应用价值,是诊断早期胃癌可靠有效的方法之一,可与病原学检查及临床表现相结合得出更全面精确地诊断及治疗方案。

Objective To explore the application value of gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods 100 cases of early gastric cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2017 were choosed. All patients were satisfied with the condition of etiological diagnosis, and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. To investigate and analyze the pathological types, lesion locations and diagnostic accuracy of gastroscopy for early gastric cancer. Results After gastroscopy in 46 patients, 19 cases of superficial depression(IIc) were the most common pathological type of early gastric cancer;cancer was high in the antrum of the stomach(56.52%);the coincidence rate of gastroscopy was 93.48%. Early gastric cancer showed erosion and ulceration, and the location of the lesion was superficial;early gastric cancer was mainly composed of highly differentiated adenocarcinoma, a total of 21 cases(45.65%). Conclusion Gastroscopy is of great clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer. It is one of the reliable and effective methods for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer. It can be combined with the examination of etiology and clinical manifestations to get a more comprehensive and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
