社区居民对食管癌防治知识的认知情况调查

摘要 目的调查分析社区居民对食管癌防治知识的认知情况。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月本院所在社区的108名社区居民为本次研究实验对象,对其采用问卷调查法,自制食管癌防治健康知识调查问卷为主要研究工具,对社区居民的食管癌防治知识掌握情况进行调查分析。结果此次共108名社区居民,共填写108张食管癌防治知识调查问卷,其中有效问卷105张,有效率为97.22%(105/108),无效问卷3张,无效率为2.78%(3/108)。本院自制的食管癌防治健康知识调查问卷中,共设有10道常规题目,其中社区居民对食管癌早期症状健康知识的认知度最高,为32.41%,其次为食管癌常见致病因素的认知度,为22.22%,社区居民食管癌防治健康知识认知度最低的为鱼刺哽喉处理,认知度为1.85%。结论本院所在社区居民对食管癌防治健康知识的认知度普遍存在较低的情况,应进一步加强社区居民健康知识普及力度。 Objective To investigate and analyze the community residents’ knowledge about the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018, 108 community residents in the community of the hospital were selected for the study. The questionnaire survey method and the self-made esophageal cancer prevention and health knowledge questionnaire were used as the main research tools for community residents. The knowledge of the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer prevention and treatment was investigated and analyzed.Results A total of 108 community residents completed a total of 108 questionnaires on prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer prevention, of which 105 were valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 97.22%(105/108), 3 invalid questionnaires, and the invalid rate was 2.78%(3/108).There are 10 routine questions in the self-made questionnaire on the health knowledge of esophageal cancer prevention and treatment. Among them,community residents have the highest awareness of the early symptoms of esophageal cancer, which is 32.41%, followed by common pathogenic factors of esophageal cancer. The recognition rate was 22.22%. The lowest awareness of the health knowledge of esophageal cancer prevention and control among community residents was fishbone throat treatment, and the recognition rate was 1.85%. Conclusion The residents in the community where the hospital is located have a low awareness of the health knowledge of esophageal cancer prevention and control, and should further strengthen the popularization of health knowledge among community residents.
