子宫动脉栓塞联合米非司酮及刮宫术治疗子宫切口妊娠的临床应用

Clinical application of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage for uterine incision pregnancy

目的观察及分析子宫动脉栓塞联合刮宫术治疗子宫切口妊娠的效果情况。方法选取在本院接受治疗的65例子宫切口妊娠患者作为研究对象,分成研究组和对照组,其中研究组的患者实施子宫动脉栓塞术联合米非司酮和刮宫术联合治疗方案,对照组的患者进行肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤术联合米非司酮和刮宫术治疗举措,对比两组的治疗成效。结果研究组患者的手术期间总出血量以及住院天数、血HCG降至正常状态的时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对子宫切口妊娠的患者实施子宫动脉栓塞联合米非司酮及刮宫术治疗方案,可以取得更好的效果,出血少、恢复快,安全可靠。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage in the treatment of uterine incision pregnancy. Methods 65 uterine incision patients who received treatment in our group were treated with uterine artery embolization and curettage, and patients in the intramuscular injections. Results Methotrexate and curettage and the time for the HCG to fall to normal in the two groups,the advantage of the study group was even more significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine arterial embolization combined with curettage in patients undergoing uterine incision pregnancy can achieve better results and is safe and reliable.
