摘要
云南省是全国乃至世界食用菌资源最为丰富的地区,食用菌产业发展快速,已成为云南省高原特色农业十大重点产业之一。云南省食用菌经济栽培品种丰富多样,多种生产方式并存,产业区域格局逐渐形成。通过对云南省食用菌主要经济栽培品种、生产方式及产业经济分布等进行概述分析,以期为云南食用菌产业转型升级发展提供理论参考。
Yunnan is the most abundant region of edible fungi resources in the whole country and even in the world. The edible fungi industry was developed rapidly, and it has become one of ten key industries of Plateau Characteristic Agriculture in Yunnan province. The cultivation varieties of edible fungi was diverse in Yunnan, and various production modes coexist. The regional distribution of edible fungi had gradually formed. In this paper, the main economic cultivated varieties, production methods and regional distribution of edible fungi in Yunnan province were summarized and analyzed, in order to provide theoretical reference for the transformation and upgrading of edible fungi industry in Yunnan province.
