常压等离子体辅助涤纶非织造材料表面拒水拒油整理研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用DBD等离子体对PET非织造材料进行预处理,然后采用1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷进行表面处理;对等离子体-氟硅烷联合整理后的PET材料的表面形貌、表面化学组成以及拒水拒油性能进行研究。结果表明,等离子体预处理可以显著提高PET非织造材料表面的拒水拒油性能。当等离子体处理时间为120s时,等离子体-氟硅烷联合整理后PET材料的拒水等级达到100,拒油等级达到5级,材料的纵向和横向强力损失率分别为3.9%和4.4%。 To improve the water-repellent and oil-repellent properties of PET nonwoven materials, the materials were pretreated by atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma and then treated by 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane. The paper carried out a research on the surface morphology, surface chemical composition and water-repellent and oil-repellent properties of PET material after the plasma-fluoroalkyl silanes finishing. Results showed that plasma pretreatment can significantly improve the water-repellent and oil-repellent properties of PET nonwovens. When the plasma treatment time is 120 s, the water-repellent grade of PET material reached 100 and the oil-repellent level was up to 5 after the plasma-fluoroalkyl silanes finishing, and the longitudinal and transverse strength loss rates are 3.9% and 4.4%.
