摘要 热熔黏聚酯因具有黏结迅速、应用面广、相对无毒害、少污染等特点而被誉为"绿色胶黏剂",是当今世界胶黏剂发展的一个重要方向。文章概述了用于热黏结领域的聚酯产品的合成技术及其应用市场。聚酯热黏产品的表观形态主要有颗粒、棒、粉体、纤维和薄膜,主要涉及热熔胶以及低熔点纤维两大产品领域,技术发展的重点是采用更环保、成本更低的改性单体,熔体直接纺丝以及直接涂布等手段提高产品的竞争力,满足不同的市场需求。通过第三、第四单体的不同配方,开发适合不同应用领域要求的产品,开拓应用市场,包括3D打印、电子、建筑等新兴产业。 Hot-melt adhesive polyester is known as "green adhesive" because of its fast bonding, wide application, relatively non-toxic and less pollution, which is an important direction for the development of adhesives in the world today. The paper introduces the synthesis technology of polyester for hot-melt adhesive, as well as application. The appearance of hot-adhesive polyester products mainly includes particles, rods, powders, fibers and films, which always apply as hot-melt adhesives and low melting point fiber. In these two major application areas, the focus of technology development is to use eco-friendlier, and lower cost modified monomers, as well as direct melt spinning and direct coating to improve product competitiveness and meet different market demands. Through the different formulations of the third and fourth monomers, develop suitable products for different application fields, and expand application markets, including emerging industries like 3D printing, electronics, construction, etc.
