摘要
普通的保暖内衣面料只有阻止热量流失,而人体出汗产生的闷热感和冷湿感则降低了服装的舒适度。文章探讨了一种保暖排汗双面绒布的设计与生产实践,通过采用TopCool~?吸湿排汗纤维增加面料的导湿排汗功能,可使肌肤保持干爽;采用SunLite~?中空保暖纤维提高面料的保暖性能,双面起绒增加了面料的厚度与蓬松度;通过合理的设计和织造工艺,赋予面料保暖排汗、时尚舒适、保形性好等优势,满足消费者对于高档保暖内衣面料的需求。
Ordinary thermal underwear fabrics only prevent the loss of heat, and the sultry and cold and moist feeling caused by sweating of the human body reduces the comfort of the garment. The paper discusses the design and production of a thermal and wicking duplex sheeting, which uses the TopCool^■ moisture wicking fiber to increase the moisture wicking function of the fabric to keep the skin dry;and SunLite^■hollow thermal fiber to improve the fabric's thermal performance. And double-sided fleece increases the thickness and bulkiness of the fabric. Through reasonable design and weaving process, the fabric is given the advantages of warmth and wicking, fashion and comfort as well as good shape retention, so as to meet the consumer demand for high-grade thermal underwear fabrics.
