精准扶贫背景下陕南秦巴山区义务教育现状与问题研究

Research On Problems and Current Situation of Compulsory Education of Mountain Area in QinBa in ShanXi Province Under the Background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

在精准扶贫的各项措施中"教育是最根本的精准扶贫",是扶贫开发的重要任务,也是阻断贫困代际传递的重要途径。陕南秦巴山区教育扶贫成为当前精准扶贫措施中的重要内容。安康学院课题组,通过文献收集、专题问卷、分层座谈、实地观察等方法对陕南秦巴山区的安康、汉中和商洛三市9个贫困县的义务教育扶贫情况进行了实证调查研究,力图全面深入地了解陕南秦巴山区义务教育扶贫的现状,分析其问题,并针对性提出陕南贫困山区义务教育扶贫的对策思路,进而为陕南教育扶贫工作提供参考。

Among all the methods of targeted poverty alleviation, Education is the fundamental poverty alleviation. It is one of the important methods to reduce poverty and an important way to cut off the spread of poverty from one generation to the other. Therefore, education poverty alleviation in mountain area in QinBa in ShanXi province becomes an important part in the current targeted poverty alleviation. Through literature collection, topic questionnaire, layered face to face talk, on-the-spot observation, etc, project research group from AnKang university carried out empirical research on current situation of poverty alleviation in nine counties in three cities, namely, AnKang, HanZhong and ShangLuo in mountain area in QinBa in ShanXi province. This research aims at getting full understanding of the current situation of education poverty alleviation in mountain area in QinBa in ShanXi province, analyze its problems and put forward strategies to solve the problems in compulsory education poverty alleviation in the poor areas and offer references to education poverty alleviation work in southern ShanXi province.
